Celiacs
The injera, is the tradional Ethiopian bread. It is used as bread and to catch food by hand.
It is made with fermented Teff flour, a natural cereal that does not contain gluten, making it ideal for celiacs.
OUR MENU
Our menu, we divide it into Starters, Meats, Vegetables, Sauces or Condiments and Dessert; consisting of the following dishes:
The Ethiopian gastronomy consists of several starters and vegetable or meat dishes, usually a stew, served on top of injera, a thin elongated bread; a kind of crèpe made with a cereal called teff and grown in Ethiopia; using the hand to help the injera, to take food.
OUR STARTERS
KINCHE: Crushed and boiled wheat with spices and kibe
SANBUSSA: Crunchy dough stuffed with vegetables or meat
ENQULAL BE SIGA: Scrambled eggs with tomato, green peppers and minced meat
FATIRA: Special cake with egg or vegetable
FOUL: I had stewed with tomato, garlic, onion, with or without red pepper and eggs.
SALATA: Ethiopian salad with spices

The Ethiopian food uses chicken, veal and lamb meat spiced properly with the condiments that make up our exquisite cuisine.

DORO WOT: National dish of braised chicken in red pepper sauce
KITFO: first quality red veal meat minced and seasoned with mitmita and kibe
YEBEG WOT: Stewed lamb with spices and berbere
The traditional Ethiopian cuisine does not use pork of any kind, since Islam and the Ethiopian Orthodox Church forbid eating that meat.

GOMEN: Special spinach with spices
MISIR WOT: Red lentils with berber sauce
SALATA: Ethiopian salad with spices and spicy green pepper
SHIRO WOT: Ground pea stewed with onion, garlic, tomato and berbere
and all spiced with our spices and condiments
BERBERE: The most famous condiments of Ethiopia. It is spicy and very red.
MITMITE: Spicy red pepper powder with cardamom seeds, cloves, cinnamon, ginger and salt.
AWAZE: Hot pepper paste, garlic, ginger and spices.
AYIB: Traditional Ethiopian cheese cream.
KIBE: Clarified butter typical of the Ethiopian cuisine, it carries different spices such as cumin, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg.
